It will only take a few moments to have your Pocket LOOX up and running, ready for

use. The steps you will need to work through include:

• inserting the battery

• connecting the power adapter

• starting up your Pocket LOOX for the ﬁrst time

You will learn more about the individual steps in the following sections.

Inserting the battery

► Slide off the cover from the Pocket LOOX in the direction of the arrow (1).

► Insert the battery in the batte ry compartment (2). Check the contact connections.

► Slide the cover back on in the d irection of the arrow as far as it will g o (3).

The battery is not completely charged when delivered. So charge th e battery before

the ﬁrst m obile use (see section "

Chargi ng the bat tery", Page 8).
